Ingredients:
Dry:
- 75g of white flour
- 10g of Coconut flour
- 7g of dry yeast
- 15g of baking powder
- 1g of salt
- 50g of chocolate whey protein
- 30g of 100% cacao powder
Wet:
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana (mashed into a puree)
- 85g of Skyr
- 250g of pumpkin puree
Directions:
- Mix all the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients in two distinct bowls.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones.
- Mix SLOWLY with a spatula.
- Once all is mixed up (bubbles should form up) you can cook it at 160°C for 35 minutes.
Side notes:
You can eat it cold or hot but I personally prefer it cold, or even if you are willing to wait to have it from the fridge.
