Macros:

Ingredients:

Dry:

  • 75g of white flour
  • 10g of Coconut flour
  • 7g of dry yeast
  • 15g of baking powder
  • 1g of salt
  • 50g of vanilla whey protein

Wet:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana (mashed into a puree)
  • 85g of Skyr
  • 40ml of liquid vanilla extract
  • 250g of pumpkin puree

Directions:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients in two distinct bowls.
  2. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones.
  3. Mix SLOWLY with a spatula.
  4. Once all is mixed up (bubbles should form up) you can cook it at 160°C for 35 minutes.

Side notes:

You can eat it cold or hot but I personally prefer it cold, or even if you are willing to wait to have it from the fridge.
